Important: Digital Product Policy

EXCAVO subscriptions provide access to digital products (TradingView indicator scripts). All sales are generally final. Cryptocurrency payments are non-reversible by nature. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Overview

EXCAVO provides digital subscription-based access to premium TradingView indicators. Because our products are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, all sales are generally considered final.

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be considered.

Digital Product — No Automatic Refunds

EXCAVO subscriptions grant access to digital products (TradingView indicator scripts). Once payment is confirmed and indicator access is granted to your TradingView account, the digital product has been delivered.

In accordance with standard digital goods policies, we do not provide automatic refunds. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers: Whop (for card, Apple Pay, and fiat payments) and NOWPayments (for cryptocurrency payments). Cryptocurrency payments are inherently non-reversible due to the nature of blockchain transactions.

7-Day Consideration Window

If you experience a legitimate issue with your subscription within 7 days of purchase, you may submit a refund request for our review. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To submit a request, contact our support team via Telegram or the in-app support chat with your order ID, email address, and a description of the issue.

Circumstances Where a Refund May Be Considered

Technical failure: If our system fails to grant TradingView indicator access within 48 hours after payment confirmation and our team is unable to resolve the issue.

Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a system error.

Unauthorized transaction: If you can demonstrate that a payment was made without your authorization (subject to verification).

Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Provided

Change of mind after purchase or after indicator access has been granted.

Dissatisfaction with trading results. Our indicators are analytical tools; they do not guarantee profits, and trading outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

Failure to use the subscription during the active period. Unused subscription time is not refundable.

Price changes. If EXCAVO changes its pricing after your purchase, this does not entitle you to a refund of the difference.

Third-party issues, including TradingView platform outages, broker failures, internet connectivity problems, or device compatibility issues that are not within EXCAVO's control.

Indicator unavailability caused by TradingView's own moderation, policy enforcement, or platform changes. TradingView may remove, restrict, or suspend any published script at its sole discretion — this is outside EXCAVO's control. In such cases, EXCAVO will make reasonable efforts to republish or provide an alternative version, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Payment Processing & Refund Methods

Card/Fiat Payments (via Whop): If a refund is approved for a card or fiat payment, it will be processed back to the original payment method through Whop. Refund processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days.

Cryptocurrency Payments (via NOWPayments): Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design. If a refund is approved, it will be issued in USDT to the wallet address you provide, at the equivalent value at the time of refund processing. EXCAVO is not responsible for any losses due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations between the time of payment and refund. Network fees associated with the refund transaction may be deducted from the refund amount.

For chargebacks or disputes on card payments, please contact our support team first. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of indicator access.

Subscription Cancellation

Card/fiat subscriptions (via Whop) auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Whop account (Profile → Orders) or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Cryptocurrency subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your subscription is active for the purchased period (monthly, semi-annual, or annual), and you must manually renew to continue access.

In both cases, TradingView indicator access will be revoked at the end of your subscription period if not renewed.

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase via Telegram or the in-app support chat.

Step 2: Provide your order ID, registered email address, TradingView username, and a detailed description of the issue.

Step 3: Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with a decision.

Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the cryptocurrency wallet address you provide.
